What Makes Eagleray Slasher unbeatable?
We designed this slasher to handle the banks commonly found on vineyard headlands and farms. The outer wings can mow at a 45-degree upward angle and a 20-degree downward angle. By utilizing a tractor’s hydraulic ‘float’ position, the outer wings seamlessly follow ground contours. The gearbox drive-train, equipped with angled ‘W-splitter boxes’, allows for maximum movement of the outer wings.
Foldable Sides
Equipped with powerful hydraulic rams, the side wings fold vertically for safe and efficient road transport. When operating, they automatically follow the ground contour in float mode, allowing the slasher to mow banks up to 45° upward and 20° downward with ease and precision.
Adjustable Rollers
Both front and rear rollers feature multiple height settings ranging from 30 mm to 250 mm, providing full control over cutting height and finish quality across a wide variety of terrain and vegetation types.
Wheel Kit Option
The Eagleray Slasher can be configured with or without a wheel kit. While the wheel-less setup is best suited to large tractors capable of supporting the full weight, the optional wheel kit allows the slasher to trail smoothly behind the tractor. This improves transport stability and evenly distributes weight, reducing stress on the tractor.
Anti-Scalping Design
A combination of skid plates, front and rear rollers, and floating outer wings ensures the cutting blades stay elevated from the ground, even over uneven terrain. This design minimizes scalping, protects the blades, and delivers a consistent, professional finish.
Multi Rotor System
The gearbox drivetrain can be equipped with three or four cutting spindles, depending on the model. The four-rotor configuration provides a smaller cutting diameter per spindle, increasing tip speed and power efficiency. The blades are mechanically phased to overlap precisely, eliminating windrowing and ensuring an even, thorough cut.
